All of our sound insulation tests are carried out by registered testers under the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) scheme. We have extensive experience in carrying out sound testing for both new build and conversion schemes. Our testers have carried out hundreds of tests in all sizes of scheme from small change of use projects to landmark developments with hundreds of new dwellings.

 

We will take the time to learn about your site and provide you with a personalised service that ensures the timing and number of tests are ideally suited to your development and to comply with Approved Document E of the Building Regulations (ADE). We can visit your site at a time that is convenient for you and minimises on-site delays.

 

On completion we will provide you with a sound insulation testing report along with a link, task number and password for the ANC’s ADvANCE website (ANC sound test verification for ADE). This enables your Building Control Officer to check the on-line certification of the test results and provides proof that the tests have been carried out by an organisation that is authorised to carry out tests in accordance with ADE. Also, we can provide a quick turnaround of this report when needed.
